Our technical department has tested and verified that McAfee Internet Security Suite version 8 will block specific kinds of content in our video message pages if the 'Ad Blocking' feature is turned on. 

In discussions with the technical support at McAfee, they have verified that some of our video message content is of the type that would be falsely detected as an 'Ad' by older versions of the software package, including version 8.  They have assured us this problem has been fixed in version 9, which was released in the second quarter of 2006, and we have tested this and verified that the problem is corrected for our video message pages.
