This problem can possibly be alleviated in two ways. Both possibilities require making configuration setting changes in Windows Media Player (WMP). The need to make these changes is specific to the computer. Some trial and error - as well as one or both of these changes - may be necessary to correct the problem. The two changes in WMP that must be made are to:
1. Disable a setting called "Use Overlays" 2. Set a value in the "Connection Speed" setting that WMP uses when Buffering and downloading the video stream. See the Related Issues below for more information on how to perform these settings changes in Windows Media Player. |
